1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ReplyVo's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

ReplyVo provides a review response management service. We monitor your connected review platforms and respond to customer reviews on your behalf according to your preferences and tone of voice guidelines.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Our services are provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Platform Access

To provide our services, you grant us limited access to your review platforms. This access is used solely to read reviews and post responses on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time.

6. Content Responsibility

While we craft responses based on your guidelines, you remain ultimately responsible for all content posted to your review platforms. You may review and modify any responses we create.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to post false, misleading, defamatory, or illegal content, violate any third-party rights, or interfere with our services or other users.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

ReplyVo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will end. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
