This depends on your plan. With our Enterprise plan, reviews are typically answered within 1-2 hours. With our Starter plan, we check your platforms once daily.
The free trial lasts 14 days. No credit card required, and you can cancel anytime without obligation.
Yes, all our plans are monthly cancelable. No long-term commitments. You can cancel through your dashboard or by emailing us.
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can then upgrade to a higher plan or purchase additional reviews at €1.95 per 10 reviews.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and SEPA direct debit. All payments are processed securely.
With our Enterprise plan you can enable an optional approval workflow. Responses are then only posted after your approval. With other plans, we post responses directly but you can always edit them afterwards.
We respond professionally and empathetically. We acknowledge the issue, apologize when appropriate, and offer a solution if possible. With Business and Enterprise plans, you'll also receive an alert so you can take action if needed.
During onboarding we ask about your business and communication style. We also look at existing responses if available. Based on this, we create a profile that we use for all your responses.
Yes, we take security very seriously. All data is encrypted, we use secure connections, and we're fully GDPR compliant. We only access the data necessary to provide the service.
We need access to post responses on your behalf. This works via secure API connections or limited account access, depending on the platform. You can revoke access at any time.
